Who is this program for?

This program has been designed for anyone who is interested in starting a new business or social venture, but has never had the opportunity to enroll in a formal academic course in entrepreneurship. Many are daunted by the risk they’ll face, unsure of which strategies to use, and not sure of where to go for advice. If this is you, this practical online course will help you understand the key concepts you’ll need to develop your idea and explain it to others that you’ll need along your entrepreneurial journey.

What You’ll Learn

This program is comprised of an Introduction and 3 Parts that track with the typical entrepreneurial journey:

Part 1 – Ideation – describes how to define your opportunity and frame your solution in a compelling way.
Part 2 – Planning – helps you select the optimal business model and differentiate yourself from competition.
Part 3 – Execution – helps you build a balanced team and introduce you to adaptive leadership principles.

Each part includes a series of practical “back-of-the-envelope” exercises that will help you build a formal executive summary that you can use to convince others to support your dreams. Finally, the case study that accompanies each part brings these principles to life with a first-hand account from an entrepreneur who, faced with the same risks, decided to take that first step and JUMP!
